Refund Policy

Try Before You Buy

Every account includes free scan allowance so you can evaluate SheetSift on your own workbooks before paying. We encourage you to use it — it is the best way to confirm the product fits your needs.

Monthly Subscriptions

You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a renewal immediately after a cancellation attempt, or a duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it.

First Purchase Guarantee

If SheetSift does not work for your workbooks, contact us within 14 days of your firstpaid charge and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans may be refunded pro-rata (for unused whole months remaining) within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, cancellation stops renewal but no refund is issued for the remaining term.

How to Request a Refund

Contact us via the support page or the support email in the footer with the email address on the account and the approximate charge date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
